Debórah Eliezer is an actor, dancer, voiceover and puppeteer and a proud San Francisco native. She is the Co-Artistic Director of the award-winning foolsFURY Theater. Favorite projects with foolsFURY include: Odessa in The Unheard of World (world premiere) by Fabrice Melquiot, Aurora in Faulted by Angela Santillo (world premiere, SF,). She was the Director/Choreographer for The Seeing Place, (FURY Factory 2014), Port Out Starboard Home by Sheila Callaghan, (world premiere SF & NYC, performer/choreographer,) Choreographic credits include: (R)Evolution X, Monster in the Dark, Big Love, 12th Night, Valparaiso, Fall Down Get Up with Traveling Jewish Theatre. Ms. Eliezer has also worked with Golden Thread (SF/Cairo,) Woman’s Will, The Puppet Players, Marin Shakespeare and Antenna Theater. From 1996-2002 Ms. Eliezer held the position of Co-Artistic Director of Eclipse Dance Theater. As a professional voiceover, you may have heard her voice in Leapfrog Toys, Sims video games or radio ads. She holds a B.A. Cum Laude from SFSU, teaches throughout the Bay Area, maintains a private coaching studio in SF and is a Certified Sound, Voice Movement Healing Arts Practitioner from CIIS.
